This page explains how you can request deletion or erasure of your personal data in connection with the Agendix platform. It satisfies the Meta / Facebook requirement for apps that access user data to provide either a data-deletion callback or clear instructions on how users can request deletion.
How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Terms of use are in our Terms of Use. Where documents differ, applicable law and the Privacy Policy prevail.
Your contact and booking data are usually processed by the business (salon, barbershop, etc.) as data controller, with Agendix acting as a processor (technical tool).
To request correction or deletion: contact that business directly. The business may ask Agendix for technical assistance to fulfil your request where applicable.
You may request account closure and deletion of personal data linked to your use of Agendix as follows:
We will handle the request without undue delay and, in principle, within up to 30 business days, subject to legal retention (e.g. tax records, ongoing disputes) or anonymisation where the law allows instead of full erasure.
If you use Google or another identity provider, you can revoke app access in that provider’s security settings. That does not replace a request to delete data already stored in Agendix — use section 3 for a complete request.
When your organisation uses features that rely on the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta), processing of relevant data is covered by our Privacy Policy and by Meta’s policies. To exercise rights over data processed by Agendix in this context, use the contact route in section 3. For Meta / WhatsApp Business account-specific issues, also follow Meta’s official channels.
You have rights of access, rectification, objection, restriction, portability and erasure under applicable law. You may lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Portugal).
